Project Engineer

We have a requirement for a Contingent Worker Project Manager. The duration of this assignment is 12 Months. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion. The Project Manager will work with the EU Supplier Relationship Team supporting key initiatives and activities to include:

Responsibilities

Supporting Supplier Related Quality Investigations

Mapping of Processes for improvement opportunities

Coordination and Facilitation of Supplier Business Reviews

Maintenance and update of EU Supplier Relationship KPI dashboards and communication tools

Support of Supply Resiliency Efforts

Track supplier related activities required to support Amgen NPI programs

Management of Continuous Improvement Projects

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in a Science, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline

Project management experience in pharmaceutical operations

Operational excellence experience with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification an advantage

Proficient in business IS tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Microsoft Teams, etc

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Problem solving capabilities to include use of tools such as fishbone analysis and 5-Why
