Sell2Rent is seeking a System Analyst to join our remote team and be responsible for creating, reviewing and updating requirements for IT solutions and systems.
Sell2Rent is revolutionizing Real Estate by creating a platform that empowers homeowners to sell their homes (and stay in them as renters) to investors who want to acquire those properties. S2R will bring to mainstream America what corporate America has had for decades: Lease-Backs. We will allow homeowners to unlock equity from their most significant asset, their home while allowing them to stay as renters. Sell2Rent is a technology-first company that sees a giant opportunity in the single-family home market. Starting in the US and then globally. Every year over 6 million homes are sold in the US alone. How many can be sold when owners realize they can sell, cash out and stay in the homes they love?
About the position
- Create, review and update requirements for IT solutions and systems
- Data Integrity
- Develop high-level workflow and product documentation
- Interact with Business teams for business understanding, requirements management and testing
- Monitor the IT systems implementation, integration and testing with the Development team
- Conduct internal Quality Assurance for IT solutions, Data Integrity Analysis
- Communicate with users and technical teams on information and support requests
- Prepare and present product demos and onboarding sessions
- Deliver timely KPIs/reports or information requests
- Identify and provide feedback on issues and improvement opportunities
- Capacity for timely and efficient technical assistance on assigned systems collaborating with IT teams
Requirements
- High level reporting experience.
- Experience with IT projects is desirable
- Strong data manipulation/analysis skills is a need (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Knime, SQL)
- Process modeling or BI tools are a plus (e.g. Bizagi, Visio, Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience
- 3 to 5 years as a Business Analyst
- English Professional Working Proficiency is required to interact with stakeholders
- Experience with G-Suite environment: Google Drive, Docs, Conference and Mail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Experience with [Zoho] CRM is a plus.

Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Data Scientist Experience in data mining Understanding of machine-learning and operations research Knowledge of R, SQL NoSQL, MongoDB and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau / PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Redshift, Azure, etc) Analytical mind and business acumen Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra) Problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication and presentation skills BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
