Key
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Operational
:
1) Will be working as a key account
manager for 2 Wheeler customer segment .
2) Business Development from two
wheeler clients (existing as well as new)
3) Ensure management of response and documentation with
respect to client RFI, RFD & RFQ.
4) Understand market potential and
channelize efforts for product penetration
5) Drive preparation of business case,
costing, estimation, pricing decisions and proposals.
6) Coordination with Cross functional
departments like D&D and Product management and Sales etc.
7) Competitors analysis.
8) Preparation of short term and long
term sale plan.
9) Plan & Execution of Tech shows
etc at customer end.
Customer
relationship management
1. Manage
key relationships with existing and prospective clients in domestic markets
2.
Continuously work towards customer satisfaction and ensure attainment of satisfactory
rating on the customer satisfaction index
3. Provide
feedback from existing customers to Management – and facilitate trouble
shooting where necessary to protect existing, and develop new business
