Assistant Manager, Marketing and Branding

• Develop and plan marketing strategies andbrandawareness for the property projects.
  
• SuggestATL and BTL activities, such as marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
  
• Suggest conceptualizeand launching digital and social media campaigns.
  
• In charge of creating and designing content, copy writing for digital ads and any marketing collaterals that are related.
  
• Responsible fordevelopingand distribute cutting-edge branding content across all social media platforms.
  
• All digital marketing initiatives should be evaluated, reported on, and continuously improved to promote the brand of real estate developments.
  
• Examine market trends and rival activity to suggest new ideas.
  
• To oversee and manageinternal marketing staff as well as marketing and branding agencies.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Marketing or any related fields
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience and a minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in the property development field
  
• Strong English communication skills
  
• Proactive, result-driven and a team player
  
• Creative minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills
