Job Title: Electrical Engineer Data Centres

We have an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to join the Engineering Partner of choice. Our client is part of the EDF Group with offices in Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. They deliver leading edge next generation solutions to clients by designing, building, and installing Data Centres, Pharma and Medical Device plants and Renewable Energy Systems.
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join the team and work on a large-scale Data Centre Project in Denmark.
Overall Role Objective
The Electrical Engineer will provide engineering support for the project team and work closely alongside the Quality and Commissioning Team.
Key responsibilities
- Creation of test packs for field use.
- Verification of completed test packs.
- Assisting turnover and building the data base.
- Maintaining and keeping the database up to date.
- Assisting QC with paperwork.
- Maintaining project trackers.
- Attending walkdowns.
- Receipt Verification Inspections Both Physical and paperwork checks.
- Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by the EHS Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Suitable Candidates must have a 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability and confidence to deal with a broad range of people.
- Organised individual with a constant focus and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadline and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills.
