Responsibility:-

• To create high-quality, effective marketing and communication activities delivered on time.
• Accountable for brand reputation management activities and customer delight.
• Should have good written and communication skills.
• Manage Consumer Connect Activities (Email, Telecalls, SMS/WhatsApp/Social Media) and data management.
• Proactive
  participation in marketing strategies and new initiatives.
• Agency
  and vendor Co-ordination.
• Support
  marketing projects through cross functional and cross-departmental teams.
• Brand
  SPOC to Call Centre and 2^nd line SPOC to existing agencies.
• MIS
  Management/Marketing Communications Data.
• Co-ordination
  with other teams to resolve customer queries.
• Active
  learner and good team player.
• Should
  have good Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) working knowledge and
  experience.
