- Overall, lead the activation of a world-class, exceptional, and innovative Light Rail Transit system within OXAGON
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and management to the project team (incl. project management and technical expertise) for the successful concept development, planning, design, construction/ procurement, and commissioning of the OXAGON Light Rail Transit system
- Lead the procurement of services required to set-up the LRT system (from planning to commissioning), including the development of technical project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Lead LRT project delivery and ensure full oversight
- Oversee and provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors ensuring quality standards are met
- Oversee – from the client perspective – OXAGON LRT system operations & maintenance in coordination with Land Mobility and OXAGON Service Planning
