-Education: High school diploma required

-Nationality: Any nationality is accepted as long as you are a PROFESSIONAL carpenter and work to high standards including followinghealth and safety regulations and wear the appropriate safety clothing

-Ability to excel in an open , team based work environment

-Possess excellent math aptitude and an eager willingness and corresponding capability

-Has an aptitude for precision and accommodate unique build requirements for clients

-Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform, including heavy work , be able to stand, lift , climbs and/or bending down for long periods at a time

-Willingness and ability to use personal protective equipment as required

-Demonstrate shared responsibility for care and maintenance of tools, machinery and vehicles

-Exercise thoughtful initiative and adhere to all safety requirements

-Maintain regular and proactive communication with superiors and team members regarding all aspects of job assignments and potential client communications

-Adhere to expectations for job site professionalism at all the times, including positive attitude,appropriate team dress, conduct, organization, cleanliness etc, etc.

-Be acutely aware at and promote ,, Trento standards of excellence in all aspects of performance
