MERN Stack Developer

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  
• Also should be well versed with developing Progressive Web Application (PWA)
  
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux & Context)
  
• Knowledge of isomorphic React & Reactstrap is a plus
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs & State management
  
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  
• A knack for bench marking and optimization
  
• Familiarity with code versioning
  
• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
  
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
  
• At least two years of experience as a Node.js developer.
  
• Extensive knowledge of Front End, JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
  
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  
• Great organizational and time management skills.
  
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside business hours.
