Our current financial team is composed of two talented individuals, and we are looking for our third team member, with experience in international digital business. The new addition will:

• Share current responsibilities with our financial department,and assume new ones that arise with our company growth
  

• Monitor and analyze financial results, propose and execute solutions to improve processes
  

• Analyze financial issues and come up with solutions to promote the financial growth of the company
  

• Will work in conjunction with tax/legal/human resources advisors in countries where we have businesses

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in national and international accounting and finances, preferably in an SaaS environment
  

• Well-developed negotiating skills
  

• Worked in a rapidly growing environment
  

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• The ability to recognize key problems before they become major issues and provide solutions
  

• Experience in scaling finances for a software organization
  

• An entrepreneurial mind, with excellent organizational skills
  

• Availability to travel once or twice a year, to do on-site audits for international subsidiaries
