External Sales Representative - Printing & Labels

Our client is a small, well established, family run business specialising in printing and labelling.

The ideal candidate will be young, dynamic and have approximately5 years ofexperienced in printing/ labelling and related industries. We are seeking candidates with a proven sales record to hunt new business. A dedicated, committed, professional and hungry for new business development leading to successfully attainment of their set sales targets is needed.

Purpose of the role:

To sell the companys range of print products to new customers, primarily in the small and medium business market. The incumbent will be responding for expanding sales across the Gauteng province and achieving set sales targets.

• New Business Development i.e. generate leads and secure sales
  
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets
  
• Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales
  
• Build and maintain a relevant client database
  
• Upselling your own client base
  
• Drive brand loyalty
  
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
  

Requirements

Education

• National Senior Certificate
  
• Sales and or Marketing qualification beneficial
  

Work experience, skills & additional criteria:

• Sales experience in Printing and Labelling solutions would be beneficial
  
• Must have 5 years sales experience in the same or similar field such a barcodes
  
• Must have a proven sales track record
  
• A Valid drivers license
  
• Must be comfortable with MS Office suite
  
• Experience in QuickEasy will be advantageous
  
• Excellent presentation skills
  
• Accomplished New Business Developer and good closing skills
  
• Exceptional relationship builder
