We are looking for a medior/senior Data Analyst in our partners team, where you will work directly with the Product and Sales team to leverage billions of integrated and standardized data to generate meaningful business insights and build analytic tools in order to change the customer experience and increase the productivity.
You will work in a team of ~6 Data Analysts to support local retail organizations management with data-driven decision making and strategic choices.

We need you to
- Identify the key business needs and translate those into actionable and efficient data analytics solutions
- Deliver analytics and based on that create meaningful business and customer insights. Engage with business teams for turning the data-based insights and recommendations into action through the relevant business and decision-making processes
- Determine appropriate analytical methods and potential techniques to create data analyses
- Develop, pilot and implement analytical tools, reports and visualizations, such as dashboards or presentations
- Perform ad-hoc statistical data analyses based on business requests
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and data visualization and knowledge of statistical, machine learning and other data science methods
- University or College Degree
- Experience with database systems & data visualization tools (e.g., MS SQL, Hadoop, MS Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in working in agile / scrum environment
- Knowledge of one or more languages used prevalent in data analytics (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
- Hungarian language, but it is definitelynot a must
