Responsibilities
• Lead & manage the operations and adoption of digital payments activities in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Increase the share of online payments Vs other channels
• Manage the integration and implementation with payment gateways
• Manage the commercialization and technical online payment solution projects with vendors & partner banks.
• Support customers with online payments issues in liaison with the Customer Care teams.
• Work closely with the digital teams to ensure efficient development, integration and implementation of digital payment solutions.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of digital products supporting online payments across digital channels.
• Conduct ongoing reporting & analytics to internal and external stakeholders on Digital payments performance.
• Create new innovative dashboards to support the management with business intelligence & decision making.
• Create and manage end-to-end processes & operations to ensure customers payments & financial settlements are managed in a timeline manner.
• Understand the market needs, articulate the business requirements & engage with relevant stakeholders; adding value to the digital payments
