- Coordinating the work of relevant consultants, hired by the HCPPP and/or by the World Bank, to assist with: (i) the implementation of the capacity building/training strategy for the procurement workforce, as well as other participants and stakeholders, and other steps to promote professionalization of the procurement function; and (ii) defining institutional and organizational arrangements for procurement capacity building and professionalization.
- Overseeing the implementation of the capacity building strategy in coordination with relevant national and international training institutes and other stakeholders.
- Overseeing the implementation of a proper communication plan and development of communication tools and messages to accompany and facilitate the implementation of the professionalization strategy and associated change management.
