Job Description
- Targets new as well as established services in Voice & Data, Radio Access, transport, OSS/BSS and IP domains etc.
- Key to supporting Service Operations Centre?s, Network Operations Centre?s and the Experience Centric Managed Services.
- Based on our customer?s network specifics, you will report end-to-end network performance, coordinate with each domain manager, participate in new platform acceptance, driver network performance improvement, capacity analysis, measure and report SLAs/KPIs.
- participate in end-to-end managed services delivery activities, including preparation of the live customer network and assisting MSCLT team in resources and timing definition and tracking
- Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery
- Strive to improve and deliver performance monitoring dashboards and other means to alert and track any service degradation.
- Workout closely with customer in enhancing ways of working towards digital transformation.
