- Ensuring that crew resources (Pilot/Load masters and Engineers) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Calculate crew duties & rest, optimise standby crews, and implement flight changes (covering sicknesses, delays...). Keep up to date knowledge of flight time limitations.
- Familiar with EASA regulatory schemes associated with Chapter7
- Familiar with FRMS systems
- Ensuring Training events are correctly planned/re-planned in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company operational manuals
