- Conducts regular SWOT analyses, keeping a pulse on the competitive marketplace and supporter/client landscape.
- Identifies gaps and opportunities and innovates solutions to improve processes and enhance product impact.
- Leads cross functional communication; leading knowledge/feedback/insight sharing internally and externally, including partnering with the Director, Data Impact on formal data management, and management of the Product Managers to better understand stakeholders’ problems/challenges and successes, and ensure feedback integration into product continual improvement processes, and identification of solutions
