Real Estate Paralegal

We have partnered with a large law firm in the Hackensack, NJ area to provide them with a Real Estate Paralegal.

Can be in NYC, Hackensack, NJ or Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal:

• Prepare deeds and attendant associates with gifts, transfers to revocable trusts or to distribute a property out of an estate, coordination with coop boards or condo associations as to notice requirements and consents needed and communicating with clients to obtain information needed from clients to complete documentation.
• Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal:

• 5+ years experience with Tax, Trusts & Estates Department.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• We will consider a JD/paralegal candidate as well.
