- Develop strong understanding of Annual Operational Plan (OP and Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
- Act as the local coffee Sensory Referent to support the OP and IAP by driving an understanding of the competition and advisory to Product team for forecasting and project management
- Monitor local and international relevant trends and report these to local management and HQ . Operational excellence for all content
- Key coffee authority brand image statements
- Tasting experience & overall results as measured by boutique Mystery Shopper visits
