Job ROR Developer

Location Melbourne, Florida (onsite only)

Experience 5 to 7 years

Job Description:

• Extensive working experience in Ruby on Rails programming along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
• Shall have strong practical knowledge on Linux
• Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Liquid, Slim, etc
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Sass,Less
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and any one js framework like Angular or react js
• Shall have experience on Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
• Experience with Solid skills in backend development and REST APIs
• Ability to design data models and work collaboratively with other teams.
• Complete understanding of how to write secure code and an awareness of common web application security vulnerabilities.
