- Liaise on an ongoing basis with Public authorities including Immigration, Labour office, Traffic departments, Customs, Airport, Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Municipalities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Alkhobar. Ensure positive relationships are built with the concerns department in all areas and that information concerning changes in the law is communicated promptly to initially the HR function and where appropriate the management teams. Ensure that all necessary employment and trade documentation required by the Saudi government is completed according to the required standards and within the timescales prescribed.
