Then don t pass up this fabulous opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator.

You will take ownership for delivering an outstanding customer experience to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will hold responsibility for all communication and transactions. Your role is to ensure positive relationships are consistently achieved by being the expert clients rely on for their requests, queries, and feedback. It will be your job to instil confidence by demonstrating our high standards and people-centric approach at all times.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, You will need:

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to speak to people across and external to the company, adjusting your communication style if needed
  • Second-to-non organisational skills, as well as the ability to self-manage your own time, priorities, and workload
  • To maintain accuracy at all times, paying attention to detail even when meeting tight deadlines
  • Adaptability and a team-player mentality
  • IT literacy, including adapting to specific internal systems
