Roles & Responsibilities

• Interface with Gilead and Kite leads, Portfolio and Program Managers and come to agreement on operative Investment Project Build Orders which will detail required activities, deliverables, and major milestones.

• Service Provider will be responsible to deliver the project as agreed with the Gilead leads and pursuant to the a mutually agreed upon and executed Investment Project Build Order.

• Provide Services in compliance with Gilead's policies, procedures and applicable regulations (GxP, SOX as applicable), Unity process (Gilead's software development lifecycle) or best practice project delivery methodology Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid or DevOps, to execute projects and deliver new processes and technologies to meet Gilead's business and technology needs

• Conduct focused workshop sessions with stakeholder groups to capture and document:

• Business Requirements

• Functional Requirements

• Technical Requirements

• Notifications

• Integration Requirements

• Reporting Requirements

• Assess risks and required deliverables based on risks and project characteristics.

• Obtain required Risk, OCM Assessment, Disaster Recovery, GxP Applicability, and SOX assessment results

• Obtain Security, Privacy, & Vendor Quality Assessment

• Review and get
