- Direct responsibility for all solution delivery to a customer. This includes all projects within that customer over a period of time.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction by ensuring project delivery is on-time and on-budget.
- Generate services revenue through follow-on business releases.
- Measured on Project Delivery, Project P&L, Services Revenue & Personal Billability.
- The role includes some international travel.
