Job Description
Req ID : 1514394
- Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
- Coordinate Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones
- Coordinate rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days, etc
- Coordinate rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor
- Coordinate with riders to solve customer or vendor related issues
- Track Order Related Issues, Find out issue as it happens by Logistics and or vendor end.
- Work with other functions in Operations to identify and resolve issues
- Strong written and spoken English-Arabic speakers are preferred
- Demonstrate strong competency using Microsoft Office tools
- Well-organized, with excellent team-player qualities.
- Agile and highly adaptable to fast-paced work environment
- Provide support in any additional tasks requested by the department manager
