Job Description

- Operate as a sales and delivery director for M&A technology engagements providing support to our clients through technology programmes arising from acquisitions, divestitures, carve outs, joint ventures and other transactions
- Lead the delivery of major engagements on a day to day basis, providing hands on management to the engagement team
- Lead the preparation, planning and delivery of M&A technology programmes and technology due diligence. This includes setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, generating information and data requests, leading client and target workshops, creating and coordinating final deliverables, providing high quality and insightful advice to our clients
- Delivering and/or reviewing high quality, transaction reports and other M&A documentation including technology: due diligence, integration plans, separation plans and Transitional Service Agreements
- Drawing on knowledge and experience to provide high quality and deep insights and recommendations to our clients
