At Dsquares we re looking to hire a superstar Talent Acquisition Supervisor who helps us maintain our high caliber acquisition and top notch candidates to join the team.

In this role, you ll be handling all what it takes for a whole recruitment process, such as gathering job requirements, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding. In addition to working on projects that boost our employer branding. Initiating and participating in events that helps promoting our brand, and definitely attracting potential candidates to us.



Requirements

Coordinating with department heads, and hiring managers, the job requirements.
Coordinating and determining the selection criteria and preparing Job Descriptions.
Posting job ads, and sourcing candidates through different channels.
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Managing the whole recruitment process using our ATS.
Onboarding candidates, through applying efficient onboarding process, using our HRIS.
Conducting phone and video calls, and in person interviews.
Marinating good relationship with candidates.
Building up structured interviews as per each position.
Support in strategic hiring plans and forecasting.
Initiate and participate in potential events and fairs that helps with our employer branding and attracting employees.
Keep an eye on the new trends within the market.



Benefits

2-3 years of relevant experience as talent acquisition.
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
HR certification is preferable.
Solid knowledge of different methods of selecting candidates.
Awareness of market trends of TA.
Previous experience in using an ATS and HRIS.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management, and organization skills.
Persistent, and go get it kind of character.
