The licensing specialist is a key player here and has a direct impact towards the success of the customers journey by simplifying what might look complex.

Responsibilities:
  • Deep Understanding for the assigned products licensing solutions and act as a product subject matter expert when it comes to software licensing.
  • Help our customers with the best licensing solution that is compliant & cost effective on the short and long terms.
  • Support the sales team with any pricing-related task andor discount communication with the vendor.
  • Oversee the recurring licensing business and orchestrate the cycle between the vendor & the sales team to have a smooth recurring billing with no issues.
  • Maintain a great business relationship with vendor peers.
  • Report the azure overage on monthly basis to the customerssales team and do the needful to overcome any challengedispute that might occur.
  • Fully responsible for the operations work related to the assigned software vendor which includes by not limited to:
    • Orders Processing, vendor tools and portals.
    • Registering opportunities on vendor / distributor CRM portals (if applicable).
    • Customer s licensing portals activation (whenever needed).
    • Rebates tracking & reporting
  • Logging and resolving customer s issue(s) with the vendor or distributor.
  • Assist the sales team when needed by providing deeper dives into software licensing cases.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  • Understand the customer needs and position the right solution and services.
  • Analyze the existing accounts by checking customers buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities; especially the ones that are related to the assigned software licensing portfolio.


Requirements

Technical Skills:
  • Fully Familiar with all Microsoft partnership & operations portals and have a solid knowledge in dealing with them.
  • Great expertise in problem resolution and always have alternative licensing solutions when required.
  • Highly skilled in designing Microsoft licensing BOQs on an EnterpriseSMB levels that fits the customer s needs, technically & financially.
  • Great ability in articulating the differences between the licensing programs.
  • Expert in Microsoft rebates programs & calculation.
  • Excellent experience in software licensing, and act as the licensing expert in the company.
  • Excellent experience with the customers facing licensing portals.
  • Very good knowledge in the cloud solutions which are related to the software licensing we are selling.
  • Fully familiar with the customers facing portals and capable of demonstrating them.
  • Very good knowledge in Software Asset Management.
  • Fully capable of giving analytical view based on the customer(s) purchase history, which helps in making decisions related to demand generation future activities.

Personal Skills:
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Being able to work on their own or in a team
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation
  • Handling many tasks & responsibilities
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Working Conditions:
  • Business travels could be required up to 20% [covered by the company].
