- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. Provide manpower analysis and trends for forecasting, assessing resources availability. Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.Preparation of close-out reports and create/maintain historical database, improving quality of feedback to tender/project.
