CCTV & Security Supervisor

• Assist in on-going training to the security team and ensure all new security officers are fully trained and inducted to the site procedures and policies including CCTV, access control systems, deliveries, fire alarms and intruder alarms

• Implement and administer the security shift schedules in accordance with the rules and regulations circulated by the company. Issue weekly/monthly/annual reports

• Conduct the overall supervision for all security task force: vacations, appraisals, time sheets, meetings, etc.

• Conduct a periodic overall survey of plant inspection in terms of fencing, lighting, buildings, non-smoking areas, etc.

• Participate in security reviews; report on security matters to the immediate supervisor

• Indoctrinate new employees in all areas involving security and safety, including rules, regulations, and security procedures

• Oversee procedures on handling, safeguarding and destruction of documents and data in accordance with established processes and appropriate timelines
