Tasks
Design Sheet Metal Stamping Dies (Piercing-Blanking-Drawing).
Design Die Casting Mold ( HPDC - Zinc ).
Design Jigs & Fixtures for casted products.
Contract & Design review for imported Molds
Drawing machines spare parts using reverse engineering.
Improvement & Development working dies & molds using root cause analysis.
Apply 5S & ISO , Safety procedures.
Leading the modern techniques used in manufacturing sheet metal dies and die cast molds.
Leading the needed material grades in dies manufacturing.
Has very good background about all machining operations and traditional & non traditional machines.
Ability to deal with foreign suppliers technically and linguistically.
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE
GeneralExperience
3-6 years’ experience in same position.
3D Modeling software (Solid Works).
Solid Works or NX modeling - M.S Office.
Managerial Experience
3 years’ experience in managerial positions.
EDUCATIONB.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (Production & Design).
