Job Requirements
- Fluency in Dutchlanguage
- Good level of English language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results orientation
- Good Excel (charts, formulas, macros) and PowerPoint
- Text or Speech Analytics experience (maintaining categories, taxonomies)
- Experience with CallMiner, NICE, Verint or other speech analytics package (preferred)
- Ability to interpret results and create relevant and effective insights (preferred)
