- Programme various PBX computer operate phone system base request such as wake up calls, flight reminders and tour times.
- Communicate with on-call representatives and dispatch emergency calls of various types while keeping composure in highly stressful situations.
- Operate and maintain sensitive radio equipment ensuring clear communication between platoon members and higher members of chain of command.
- Develop, maintain, and implement medical center telephone directory; critical code program; and revise emergency preparedness program.
- Operate telephone communication system and provide information services/switching incoming calls, placing long distance calls and paging and maintaining message center.
- Perform order entry for merchandise, sales and seminar reservations, internally and via the internet.
