- Assist the Production Executive on the overall operation of all plants during the shift Assist the Production Executive in all areas of safety in the plant operations and security Ensure efficiency and productivity is optimized in all plant operations Assist and take lead, when necessary, in training plant personnel in all aspects of plant operations Assume a lead role together with the Production Executive during the shift in ensuring product quality and safety Responsible for in-process quality monitoring during the shift Assist in the planning of contract labour for production lines Oversee the finishing lines in order to ensure that all schedules are met
