- S/BA/BEng degree in Engineering or Minimum of 3 years experience in operating and leading a CNC machining department (e.g., plasma cutters, milling machine, and lath machines), Good knowledge of CNC programing and drafting software's (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid works, and inventor), Ability to fully understand and explain welding drawings and blueprints, Bilingual in English and Arabic. Experience: Experience in a leadership role within a fabrication business (preferred), Demonstrable experience in motivating others within a team environment, Good understanding of workshop practices/processes, Demonstrated ability to lead change, Strong communication & organizational skills, Demonstrated project management experience
