この職務では新しいテクノロジーについてそれを企業の課題解決に適用する方法について常に学習する必要がありテクノロジーに情熱を傾けエキスパートになることが求められますRed Hat セールスチームは熱意のある革新的なセールススペシャリストを募集しています勤務地は東京です日本全国の企業顧客およびパートナーによる Red Hat Open Hybrid Cloud ソリューションの導入をサポートしていただきます今後数年間で高い成長目標を達成するため地域のアカウントチームと密接に連携して取り組む必要がありますセールススペシャリストはRed Hat セールスチームの重要なメンバーとして社内外の関係者とやり取りするため優れたセールスコミュニケーション対人スキルが必要ですまたエバンジェリストとしてイベントや技術フォーラムで最高情報責任者 (CIO) からユーザーグループまであらゆる人々を対象に Red Hat のテクノロジーについて講演することが求められる場合があります

主な職務内容

• 指定されたアカウントまたは地域で機会を創出しRed Hat Open Hybrid Cloud ポートフォリオを販売する

• ハイブリッドクラウドソリューションポートフォリオの販売およびマーケティング戦略に貢献する

• 競争の激しい市場において見込み顧客に Red Hat の価値提案を促進する

• 定量的および定性的なパフォーマンスの期待に応える

• 経営幹部に対して重要なメッセージを高い水準で明確に表現しプレゼンテーションする

• 幅広いセールスチームと連携して主要なクラウドおよびインフラストラクチャーの機会を推進する

• 顧客の主要な意思決定者およびエキスパートとの信頼関係を構築する

• フォーラムやコミュニティーイベントに参加しRed Hats Open Hybrid Cloud ポートフォリオの認知度を高める

• Red Hat のグローバルビジネスチームリーダーと交流する

必須スキル

• ソリューションセールス職での経験 (5 年以上)

• エンタープライズミドルウェアおよびソフトウェア開発における豊富なテクニカルセールス経験

• エンジニアリング商業経営の各レベルで顧客関係の構築を可能にする優れたコミュニケーション能力と技術力

• 顧客のビジネス目標と課題を理解する意欲とこれらのビジネス目標に対応するストーリーを作成する能力

• オープンソーステクノロジーへの情熱

• 複数の製品やサービスを提供する企業でのソリューションセールスとしてのマインドセット

• 顧客に代わって成功を収めるためにグローバルかつ部門横断的なチームとシームレスに連携してきた実績

• バランスのとれた戦略的戦術的技術的創造的な思考スキル
