Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
Work closely with channel partners (distributors and rental companies) to achieve annual order and revenue targets
Develop annual sales plans and monitor sales performance against targets
Manage and track inventory-related KPIs to support sell-through activities
2. Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner management teams
Plan and deliver product training sessions for partners
Develop and execute joint business plans to drive business growth
3. Internal and Global Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams including field sales application engineers marketing and service teams in Japan
Communicate and coordinate with relevant global teams and overseas stakeholders as required
Qualifications
1. Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experiencein channel sales or B2B direct sales
Sales experience in high-tech products such as electronic measurement or analytical instruments
Experience in planning and executing sales promotion initiatives
2. Skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills (Excel or similar tools)
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or above
3. Personal Attributes
Self-motivated and proactive
Flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and achieve results together
