DePuySynthesの各事業部の営業教育活動を円滑かつ効率的に推進するためサポート業務を担うチームをリードする社内外ステークホルダーと連携しオペレーションの標準化最適化高度化を推進することで事業本部組織全体の生産性向上とビジネス成長に貢献するセパレーションに伴い業務内容に一部変更が加わることがあります

KeyResponsibilities主な職務内容:

チームマネジメント

  • 営業サポートチームの目標設定進捗管理パフォーマンスマネジメント

  • メンバー育成コーチングリソース最適配置

  • 高いチームエンゲージメントと生産性の維持向上

営業支援オペレーションの統括

  • 各事業部の営業活動に必要な各種オペレーションの統括事務処理顧客対応手配業務

  • 各種規制コンプライアンスに基づいた営業活動のサポート

  • 学会イベントプロジェクトの運営支援

  • 営業からの問い合わせ対応および調整業務の標準化

業務プロセスの改善最適化

  • 業務プロセスの可視化標準化効率化の推進

  • ITツール導入や外部委託活用による生産性向上

  • 部門横断でのベストプラクティス展開

各事業部営業マーケティングプロフェッショナルリレーションズオペレーション部門との連携

  • 業務要件の整理優先順位付け調整交渉

  • ビジネスニーズを踏まえたサービスレベルの向上

データレポーティング管理

  • 各種オペレーションデータの管理分析

  • KPI設計およびパフォーマンスのモニタリング

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
