Job Summary

1. Create and manage integrated cross-functional project timelines with project team to drive efficient delivery

2. Oversee project budgets in collaboration with the Project Leader (and/or Project Manager) to ensure project is spending according to allocated budget.  Cost Center Managers are responsible and accountable for resources assigned to R&D Projects.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally to collect key insights related to project status assess actual performance against planned

4. Proactively identify escalate and manage project risks and issues to Project Leader and Team

5. Manage meeting logistics including scheduling documentation of minutes and reports to inform on project status timeline and budget

6. Ensure all projects comply with Santen project management policies and standards


Qualifications :

BA / BS degree in life sciences required

0-5 years of experience managing projects with a cross functional team scientific / healthcare experience preferred

PMP Certification is preferred but not required.

Basic understanding of drug development

Language skills: must Japanese and English nice-to have Chinese
