職務概要:

Red Hat コンサルティングチームではお客様の経営戦略やビジネス課題に基づきIT戦略DX戦略の策定を支援するアドバイザリーサービスを立ち上げます今回はその立ち上げを担うスタートアップメンバーとしてIT戦略コンサルタントを募集します

本ポジションは従来のRed Hat製品の構築運用支援とは異なりシステムアーキテクチャの決定や製品選定のさらに上流プロセスに深く関与するロールです

Red Hatが描くIT戦略コンサルティングは自社製品の枠にとらわれず幅広い視野でお客様のビジネス課題を紐解きIT/DX戦略へと落とし込みます徹底したディスカッションを通じてお客様組織内での意思決定と合意形成を強力に支援していただきます

また対話の過程でRed Hat製品やサービスがもたらす価値を訴求しお客様との長期的なパートナーシップを築くことも重要なミッションです日本におけるサービスオファリングやメソドロジーの定義販売戦略の策定からデリバリーまで新サービス創設のコアメンバーとしての活躍を期待しています

主な職務内容:

• 戦略策定とロードマップ立案

  • 経営層や本部長クラスへのヒアリングを通じた経営課題の抽出

  • 中長期的なITロードマップの策定およびテクノロジーを基盤としたシステム化計画の立案

  • 特に企業のAI戦略およびレガシーモダナイゼーション戦略の策定に注力

• 構想策定と変革の推進

  • 現状As-IsのIT環境把握と経営課題に基づいたあるべき姿To-Beの構想策定

  • 全社的な業務プロセス改革BPRの推進

  • 最新のIT製品サービスの継続的な調査と顧客状況に最適化したソリューションの提案

• 合意形成と実行支援

  • ステークホルダーとのディスカッションを通じたIT/DX戦略の合意形成

  • RFP提案依頼書の作成およびベンダー選定支援

  • ベンダー選定後のPMOとしてプロジェクトの成功に向けた伴走支援

• ブランディングと組織貢献

  • Red Hatのテクノロジーやサービスが顧客にもたらす価値の言語化と訴求

  • 社内外でのプレゼンテーションやプレスリリース等のメディア対応

  • アドバイザリーサービスの創始者としての情熱を持ちサービス基盤の構築に邁進

応募資格スキル経験

必須スキル経験

• コンサルティング実績

  • ビジネスコンサルティングからITソリューションまでを横断する実務経験10年以上

  • CXO層とのコミュニケーション提案契約獲得および関係維持の経験10年以上

  • 多数のIT/DXプロジェクトを組成し多様なメンバーと協働した経験

• 専門知識とデリバリー能力

  • 企業のAI戦略またはレガシーモダナイゼーション戦略の策定実績

  • 最新のソフトウェア開発運用プロセスCloud Native DevOps等に関する深い理解

  • PMOとしてのプロジェクト管理経験

  • 特定の業界製造通信金融省庁などにおける深いドメイン知識

• マインドセット言語

  • 論理的思考Logical Thinkingと顧客に感動を与える創造的思考Artist Thinkingの双方を兼ね備えていること

  • 顧客の立場に立った共感力と経営課題を素早く理解する洞察力

  • Red Hatの文化を理解し社内メンバーと円滑に協業できるコミュニケーション能力
