What the job entails

As HR Analyst you will provide end-to-end HR operations support for Japan with additional coverage for other APAC locations as needed. You will be a key point of contact for employee lifecycle activity including onboarding offboarding internal moves and the preparation of employment documentation benefits enrolment and related follow-up with Payroll and other internal teams.

The role also involves supporting Japan social insurance administration and statutory filings working with external providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery. You will handle employee enquiries manage operational escalations with professionalism and partner closely with teams across Payroll Compliance Legal and Finance to resolve addition you will help identify and lead process-improvement initiatives that strengthen accuracy speed and compliance while taking on ad hoc tasks as required.

Key requirements / What we look for
  • 3 years HR operations experience ideally in an international environment

  • Working knowledge of Japan social insurance processes

  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English; Chinese is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Comfortable with HR systems AI-enabled tools and automation

  • Collaborative accountable and solutions-oriented

  • Strong communication skills and high ethical standards
