As the Gas Manager within Facilities this role is responsible for ensuring the safe and stable supply of gases for semiconductor manufacturing operations in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position leads capacity expansion activities incident response root cause analysis corrective action planning risk management cost improvement and gas quality control.

The role also drives the implementation of advanced high-efficiency gas supply systems oversees maintenance of existing facilities and manages construction activities related to new equipment installations. Key responsibilities include personnel allocation technical review operational support and decision-making to ensure effective execution.

In close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders including fab production equipment teams procurement OMT and global teams this position has overall accountability for gas supply infrastructure operating 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Leveraging strong technical expertise the Gas Manager leads team member development performance evaluation goal setting and ongoing performance management. This role defines the direction of the gas organization and is accountable for the integrated management of equipment people quality and projects.

ガス供給システムおよび付帯設備に関する改善活動について安全性信頼性コスト環境負荷低減の観点から方針を策定し優先順位付けレビュー意思決定を行う

新規ガスおよび新規設備の導入に際し技術検討を主導しリスク評価の承認導入計画のレビュー立ち上げ全体の統括を担う

設備仕様書運転手順書点検基準書などの技術文書体系について整備方針を策定し内容のレビューおよび継続的な維持管理体制の確立を行う

装置メーカーTGCM工事会社社内関係部門生産設備EHSPSM購買部門グローバルチームなどとの技術的運用的な調整を統括し設備増設撤去プロジェクトにおける部門代表として意思決定を行う

法令および社内規定を遵守した安全管理変更管理MOC監査対応についてマネジメント責任者として方針提示承認是正判断を行う

重大トラブル発生時にはエスカレーション対応を指揮し原因分析結果および是正予防措置CA/PAの妥当性をレビュー承認する

チームメンバーに対して役割分担リソース配置業務支援育成評価目標設定パフォーマンス管理を行いガス部門としての組織力向上を推進する

24時間365日稼働するガス供給インフラについて設備人品質コストプロジェクトを統合的にマネジメントし安定操業と継続的改善を推進する

Lead the operation maintenance and incident response for gas supply systems and associated auxiliary facilities within Facilities ensuring safe and stable equipment performance.

Establish policies set priorities conduct reviews and make decisions for improvement initiatives related to gas supply systems and auxiliary facilities with a focus on safety reliability cost optimization and environmental impact reduction.

Lead technical evaluations for the introduction of new gases and new equipment approve risk assessments review implementation plans and oversee full start-up activities.

Define governance for technical documentation including equipment specifications operating procedures and inspection standards and ensure ongoing document control and maintenance.

Oversee technical and operational coordination with equipment vendors TGCM partners construction contractors and internal stakeholders including production equipment teams EHS PSM procurement and global teams and serve as the departmental decision-maker for gas system expansion and decommissioning projects.

Provide management oversight for safety management change management (MOC) and audit readiness by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal standards and by making approval and corrective decisions.

Lead escalation response during major incidents and review and approve root cause analysis results and corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA).

Develop team capability through role assignment resource planning operational support coaching performance evaluation and goal setting while strengthening the overall gas organization.

Manage gas supply infrastructure operating 24 hours a day 365 days a year with integrated responsibility for equipment people quality cost and projects to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.

現象把握およびデータ分析結果に基づき課題の本質を見極め組織としての解決方針を立案判断できる問題解決力を有すること

チーム内外の関係者他部門ベンダーグローバルチームなどと適切かつ建設的にコミュニケーションを行い利害調整を含めて業務を円滑に推進できること

化学ガス機械分野に関する基礎的かつ実務レベルの技術知識を有し技術的内容を理解した上でレビュー指導教育技術判断を行えること

複数の業務案件を同時に管理し優先順位付けスケジュール管理リソース配分を行いながら成果を創出できること

Microsoft OfficeExcelWordPowerPointを用いて報告資料を作成レビューし説明責任を果たせること

社内外のステークホルダーと業務上の調整交渉を行える英語でのコミュニケーション能力を有すること

日本語による業務上の基礎的なコミュニケーション読み書き会話に対応できること

Several years of hands-on experience in the chemical gas or semiconductor industry together with management experience leading a team or overseeing a functional area.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify underlying issues based on observed conditions and data analysis and to formulate organizational solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with internal and external stakeholders including cross-functional teams vendors and global teams and to drive work while managing competing interests.

Solid practical technical knowledge in chemistry gas systems and mechanical engineering with the ability to review guide educate and make sound technical judgments.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously including prioritization schedule management and resource allocation while consistently delivering results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint for preparing and reviewing reports and presentations.

English communication skills sufficient to coordinate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Japanese communication skills in reading writing and speaking or a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve Japanese proficiency.
