職務内容

Facility部門で使用する各種化学薬品供給設備の運転/日常管理

担当設備の定期メンテナンス計画作成点検実施在庫確保故障予防の保全全般対応

供給設備のトラブル対応及び原因分析支援エンジニアと連帯して原因分析及び是正事項実施設備TPM/改善活動

新規設備導入や旧設備撤去において現場での作業支援工事立会い安全確認

化学薬品の受入/保管/供給において品質維持や誤運用防止のための運転手順書点検基準書などの技術文書作成/維持管理

装置メーカー工事会社社内関係部門(生産設備/EHS/PSM/購買部門等)との技術的な調整/連帯対応

法令/社内規定を遵守した安全管理変更管理監査対応への支援

要件

過去化学機械半導体業界での職務経験があるもしくは理系の高等学校卒業理系の専門学校卒業により基礎教育を受けたことがある

現象に基づく基本的な問題解決スキルを有し定型的なトラブルは適時対応する
チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ連携した業務の遂行が出来る

基礎的な化学/機械関連日常業務や指示に基づいた現状と計画が説明できる
基礎的なMicrosoft Office(Excel/Word/Power point)スキルを有する

社内外のステークホルダーと会話できる日本語能力を有する

英語を使用する機会は少ないが英語の会話/メールができる人英語を学ぶ意欲のある人は歓迎する
