職務内容 

Impact GuidedのCSMは複数の顧客を担当し効率的かつスケーラブルな方法で顧客のビジネス成果達成を支援しますServiceNow製品の採用と活用を促進し顧客が最大限の価値を得られるよう標準化されたガイドやベストプラクティスを提供しますまた顧客からの技術的な相談に対する一次窓口として基本的な技術的知識を活かし適切な対応や社内連携を行います 

具体的な業務内容 

• 複数の顧客を同時に担当し共通課題に対する標準化されたソリューションを提供 

• 顧客のビジネス目標を理解し成果達成に向けたアクションを計画実行 

• 製品の利用状況をモニタリングし最新バージョンへの移行や技術的健全性を維持 

• 顧客の状況に応じたガイドやコンテンツを活用し利活用率と利用範囲を拡大 

• 成功事例やベストプラクティスを共有し顧客の価値最大化を支援 

• 顧客との信頼関係を維持しながら技術的な質問や課題を適切に把握し迅速な解決に向けた調整を実施必要に応じて社内の専門チームと連携し円滑なエスカレーションを推進 

• 社内チームと連携しスケーラブルなデリバリーを実現 

Qualifications :

応募資格 

• 顧客向けプロフェッショナルサービスまたはカスタマーサクセス領域での5年以上の経験 

• プリセールス活動における顧客提案や技術的デモンストレーションの経験を活かし顧客の課題解決や価値訴求などポストセールスに新たに挑戦したい方 

• 複数顧客を同時に管理し効率的にサービスを提供できる能力 

• AIを業務プロセスや意思決定に統合する方法を考え活用した経験AIツールの利用ワークフロー自動化AI分析の活用など 

• 基本的な技術的知識クラウドITサービス管理ワークフロー自動化などを活かし顧客の技術的相談に対応できるスキル 

• グローバルクラウドベンダーのSaaSソリューションにおける販売導入展開拡張運用の各フェーズでの技術的支援経験 
  顧客のビジネス要件を理解しSaaS製品の適切な構成設定を提案 
  導入プロジェクトにおける技術的リードデータ移行や統合のサポート 
  運用フェーズでのパフォーマンス最適化アップグレード対応利用促進施策 
  顧客の利用状況分析に基づく拡張提案や新機能の活用支援 
   SaaS特有のセキュリティガバナンスID管理API連携に関する知識と実務経験 

• 営業サービスマーケティングサポートといった業務プロセスやそれを支えるビジネスアプリケーションさらに業務効率化のための自動化技術に関する理解 

• 複数の顧客環境における標準化されたベストプラクティスの適用とスケーラブルな支援スキル 

• 課題解決に向けた分析スキル 

• チームで協働する経験 

• ServiceNow認定資格をお持ちの方は歓迎 

• 日本語に堪能であること 

• 日本国内での就労が認められていること
