AR/APリードの指示のもと本ポジションはクレジットカードまたは代引きによる売掛金プロセスに関連するすべての会計取引を担当します会計上の売掛金および入金処理を財務方針手続きならびにSOXサーベンスオクスリー法に準拠して行います日々の財務業務として売掛金情報に関する仕訳入力記帳請求書発行照合などを実施します
勤務場所
在宅勤務と出社を組み合わせたハイブリッド勤務となります週に2日幕張オフィスでの勤務が必要です
仕事内容
- 月次取引業務
売掛金に関する会計取引を実施し適時な入金出金処理を行います
月次で財務諸表や在庫を含む勘定科目の照合および分析を行い取引の一貫性と正確性ならびに会計業務手順およびSOXサーベンスオクスリー法への準拠を確保します
月次四半期年次の各種プロセスを実施します
- 年次決算報告業務
日本の法定会計に関連する各種報告書を作成します
年次決算およびSOX監査において監査人と連携し対応します
- 方針および手続きの策定更新
SOXに準拠した正確な連結会計を確保するため必要な方針や手続きを策定更新します
その他の業務
オペレーションリードから指示されたその他の業務やプロジェクトを担当します
応募資格
高卒以上
財務経理分野での実務経験35年
日本会計基準Japan GAAPに関する知識
SAPFI/COでの総勘定元帳の操作経験があれば尚可
優れた文章および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
