We are seeking a highly capable Technical & Engineering Specialist with a strong technical background and an AI-first mindset. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who can independently analyze problems identify practical solutions leverage AI and technology effectively and deliver high-quality results.

• Analyze troubleshoot and solve technical and engineering challenges.
• Research design test and implement practical technical solutions.
• Use AI and modern technologies to improve research automation analysis and productivity.
• Take ownership of technical tasks and deliverables from start to completion.
• Conduct technical research and evaluate systems tools and technologies.
• Prepare clear technical documentation reports findings and recommendations.
• Communicate progress risks and outcomes clearly to the team.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Equivalent technical qualifications and demonstrated hands-on experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in engineering IT software systems automation or a related technical field.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical experience using AI tools and technology to improve technical execution.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of problems.
• Strong research documentation reporting and communication skills.
• Experience in areas such as software cloud APIs automation data infrastructure systems or related technologies is desirable.
