Responsibilities:
As the Sales Executive you wouldberesponsible fordiscoveringmanaginggrowingandretaininga portfolio ofSMEsand/or government accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring strong relationships satisfaction with solutions and the achievement of revenue targets through effective account planning and consultative selling of ICT Solutions.The AccountExecutive will work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutionsidentifygrowthopportunitiesand support the execution ofVertis Technologys commercial strategy. It involves Face-to-face and remote engagements and cross/up/repeat sales tonew andexisting customers by delivering sales bids/proposalsandpresentations.
What Youll Do
To develop andmaintaina deep understanding ofVertis Technologysportfolio of ICT solutions.
Actively seek outnew salesopportunities through cold calling networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliverappropriate presentationson products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring consistent and professional engagement
Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue retention and growth targets through consultative selling.
Identifyand pursue upsellingcrossselling and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
Understand customer business needs and recommendappropriate productsor solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (sales support operations finance and Service Delivery teams) to ensuretimelydelivery of solutions
Prepare and present proposals pricing contracts and business reviews asrequired
Manage sales pipeline activities andmaintainaccuratecustomer and opportunity records in CRM systems.
Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with commercial terms.
Maintain strong market and competitor awareness toidentifynew opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
Bachelors degreeor equivalentin Business Marketing Sales or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales account management or a customer-facing commercial role
Proven experience managing customer relationships and meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Proficiencyin using CRM systems (e.g. SalesforceZoho or similar) and standard MS Office tools
Solid understanding of sales processes account planning and pipeline management
Owns andoperatesa reliable motor vehicle(An Asset).
