We are seeking friendly organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience Specialists.

Youll work directly with clients to answer questions provide personalized recommendations coordinate requests and help create a smooth experience from the initial inquiry through completion.

No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Respond to client inquiries through phone email and online platforms
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs and preferences
• Assist with reservations scheduling and service requests
• Research available options and provide relevant information
• Coordinate requests with service providers and partners
• Confirm details and follow up with clients
• Maintain accurate client records
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Build positive relationships and encourage repeat business
• Use online tools and systems to manage client requests

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly professional and customer-focused
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers email and online platforms
• Reliable internet connection
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
