Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support via phone email and online communication platforms
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
Assist clients with account-related questions and travel-related support needs
Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Follow established service procedures and company guidelines
Help ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through resolution
Support ongoing customer satisfaction and retention efforts
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using computers online systems and communication tools
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Previous customer service hospitality administrative or travel industry experience is helpful but not required
