Car setup operations

Contribute to workshop preparation and post-event teardown maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

When required assist in the build setup and maintenance of car parts for test events under the direction  of race mechanics.

Support pit stop operations tyre changes and garage organisation activites..

Carry out component changes system checks and routine servicing with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain accurate build sheets service records and parts inventories.

Ensure all components meet standards for performance safety and presentation.

Teamwork and collaboration

Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team/ sponsors.

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026) the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C2. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package which is determined by objective measurable and gender-neutral criteria being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.

Qualifications :

Relevant Experience working with F2-F3 international racing series or similar.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage bespoke vehicle setups.

Comfortable working in high-pressure environments.

Willingness to travel globally and adapt to dynamic schedules.

Available to travel extensively as required. 

Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
